Zebramatt, one of the awesome guys who posts on the October Toys Forum asked me if the time for the release was EST or EDT... I have to admit that I hadn't even thought about the difference between the two, as I rarely have to deal with different time zones.
In the summer certain states in the US use EDT(Eastern Daylight Time) as opposed to EST(Eastern Standard Time) (Take a look here). I happen to live in one of those states, so I need to update the time for the release.
The time for the release will be 5PM EDT on May 16th, so check that against your local times.
Sorry for the mix-up... I want to make sure everyone gets a fair shot at these toys.

UPDATE!!! Kawaiiju Release Announcement!!!
Here is the official announcement you guys have been waiting for! I want to apologize for the massive delays that have surrounded this release, but sometimes you just can't tell what life is going to hand you.

The Kawaiiju figures will be released for sale on Sunday, May 16th at 5PM EDT (Check your local times to make sure you don't miss 'em!). At that time I'll post a special email address here where you can email me with the amount of figures you want. The Kawaiiju figures are between 1.5 and 2 inches tall and are individually hand sculpted from polymer clay and painted with acrylic paint. Each figure is a totally unique, one-of-a-kind art piece. Each figure will come blind bagged with a hand-made package and a hand drawn art card. A randomly inserted "Golden Ticket" will allow one lucky customer to win the ultimate Kawaiiju figure, "Big Daddy." There are 30 figures in all. Each figure will cost $25 (plus a flat $5 shipping fee in the US and $10 elsewhere).
For more information about the individual figures available in the set and a TON of pictures, check out this blog post. be sure to follow The Official Kawaiiju Thread on the October Toys Forum where you can discuss the figures and see all kinda funky-fun banter between the good folks there! While you're there, be sure to sign up for the forum and join in on all the crazy-good times!!!
I want to thank all of you folks out there who have been so supportive of the Kawaiiju figures from before day one. I especially want to thank George and Ayleen Gaspar of Toy Break who first encouraged me to make these guys available to the public, Phil Reed of Battle Grip who has been so much help with getting the word out about these little buggers, and Matt Doughty of Onell Design for always being in my corner nudging me along. You guys are all stellar people!
Don't forget! 5PM EDT on Sunday, May 16th!!! Save the date!!!

Back in the Saddle Again!!!
Good news! I am back in action! My computer is back home and works like a charm! That means the Kawaiiju will make their debut VERY soon. I have a few things to work out, but that's cake compared to the challenges of the last few weeks!
Keep your eyes opened! More to come!
BTW: Check out these crazy cool drawings Nate Ross did of some of my Kawaiiju characters! He's an awesome artist who'd make any creature look cooler than cool! Thanks, Nate!!! I am quite honored!

Crumplezone
As I was driving over to my sister's house today I passed by a small airport. In front of one of the hangars was a collection of twisted, ripped metal fuselages of old, wrecked aircraft. I can't really figure out why an airport would put that out front. I mean... is that really a good advertisement for a business that is based on the concept of safely taking paying passengers up into the sky and delivering them whole and unharmed to their destinations?
Heh.
Heh.
Exellis had a baaaaad day...
Just a little custom I made this week. I wanted to see what a severely battle-damaged Glyos figure looked like.

I kinda expect him to say, "I'll be back." at any moment!

Callgrim configuration
Someone recently asked me to post the alternate configuration that I use on my Callgrim and Order figures. Here she be:

I think it gives him a little bit more dynamic stance, and it makes him a snag taller than the regular figures. A word of warning: The pegs on the Phase Arm parts are a tad thicker than the peg holes on the newer Callgrim figures, so they tend to stretch the holes out a bit and make the original connections loose. If you plan to arrange him in this configuration just know that going in. I keep mine this way, so it's not a problem. Enjoy!
